  1. Mission to Mobilization works with third party providers and in no way should be represented by or should anyone transact business with such third party providers without the knowledge of Mission to Mobilization.
  2. Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms stipulated when dealing with any third party providers. Mission to Mobilization is not liable for any disagreement or misunderstanding arising outside the scope of services rendered by “us” and which may occur between the client and any third party provider.

  3. Except for the representations and warranties contained in this Article, neither Mission to Mobilization nor any other person makes any other express or implied representation or warranty, and Mission to Mobilization hereby disclaims any other representations or warranties.

  4. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  1. Mission to Mobilization relies on the information provided by the clients. Mission to Mobilization is not responsible for price increases that arise due to misinformation or claims of misinterpretation or misunderstanding on the part of the client different from what initially had been indicated.

  2. Client acknowledges an understanding that it will take 5 - 7 business days after client’s payment has been received to process the client’s quote, if applicable.

  3. Mission to Mobilization may change these policies at any time without written notice to users. The changes will become effective upon posting of the changes to the web site.

  4. This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
